Chicken Madeira: Chicken Breasts smothered in provolone and mushrooms with Madeira wine sauce, served with homemade creamy mashed potatoes

NEW! Mahi Mahi 4 ways: Have it “Tropical Syle” in a sweet glaze over yellow pilaf with sweet hot pineapple salsa, OR Florentine Style in a lite creamy spinach sauce with white and wild rice OR Oven Roasted in a white wine lemon butter sauce with capers and mashed potato OR Italian Style with Pink sauce and  Penne Pasta. (this dish is 1.50 extra)

Tropical Chicken: Yoshida Glazed chicken breasts served with yellow pilaf and topped of with our sweet hot pineapple salsa!

NEW! Cordon Blue: All white meat chicken breasts roasted over in sweet smokey ham and melted provolone cheese, served in a mild sweet mustard cream sauce with mashed potatoes. Oh Yeah!

Homemade Turkey Meatloaf: Sweet BBQ Glazed and Served with Mashed Potatoes and southern style cornbread. The Best!

Fahita Chicken: Traditional fahita marinade, topped with sautéed bell peppers and onion, served over rice & beans (congri) with a side of home made salsa and a heap of cool sour cream!

Chicken Florentine: Chicken Breasts smothered in a creamy spinach Florentine sauce, served with white and wild rice.
